Dozens of pubs across Bristol have closed over recent decades, many of which bring back happy times of a misspent youth or a sense of community and belonging.
In this collection of images, we’ve pulled together old photographs from Know Your Area covering all four corners of Bristol, and part of South Gloucestershire. We hope they either remind you of old times, or raise interest in the history of buildings or development where not a trace of a pub can now be seen.
