Drivers in and around Bristol will have eight National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Bristol will have eight National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that eight closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

M5, from 9pm November 20 to 5am November 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 18 to 19 - lane closures for structure maintenance.

M5, from 9pm November 20 to 5am November 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 19 to 18 lane closures for structure maintenance.

A4, from 9pm November 20 to 6am November 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A4 Both Directions St Andrews Roundabout to St Brendans Roundabout lane closures for electrical works.

M32, from 9.30pm November 20 to 6am November 21, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M32 northbound, junction 1 entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion M32 southbound to junction 2 and return.

A4, from 9pm November 22 to 5am November 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A4 Both Directions Crowley Way to St Brendans Roundabout lane closures for electrical works.

M32, from 8pm November 23 to 6am November 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M32 both directions, junction 1 exit slips - lane closures for South Gloucestershire Council barrier works.

M5, from 9pm November 27 to 6am December 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 18 to 19 - lane closures for structure maintenance.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
