The news follows the announcement that The Food Hub, who currently run the Bay Cafe at the Tropicana, have also been selected to operate the Victorian Cafe on Weston’s seafront.

“We're looking forward to welcoming familiar faces and new customers to experience our culinary delights.”

Councillor Mike Bell, leader of North Somerset Council and one of the local ward members, added: “Residents have been particularly keen for Clarence Park Café to reopen, so I’m sure the local community will be overjoyed to hear that it will be opening for business again soon.

“Alongside work we are doing to get Clarence Park looking its best for the summer, this is a boost for the area.”

The Food Hub will continue as operator of the Bay Cafe until it temporarily closes in early September, due to investment in the Tropicana from the Levelling Up Fund.
