Over 26,000 residents around the UK were asked for their thoughts on “the things that are the most important to them” in their communities to determine the rankings of the Happy at Home Index.
Richmond upon Thames in London was crowned the happiest place to live by those who live there followed by Winchester in Hampshire and Monmouth in Wales.
We used the data from the Happy at Home Index to reveal the 21 happiest places to live in the South West including Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.
1. Cirencester
