Each school has been ranked based on the percentage of pupils who have met the expected standard in reading, writing and maths in 2023 based on data published by the British Government on its website.
The expected standard is achieved when the student received a scaled score of 100 or more in their reading and maths tests, and their teacher assess them as “working at the expected standard” or better in writing.
The average in England is 60%, with 8% achieving at a higher standard, and 56% and 6% in Bristol.
