Maaya, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 43 St James'S Parade, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset was given the score after assessment on September 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 365 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 225 (62%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
