There have been some major regeneration projects in Bristol over the last few years but there are still some ugly eyesores and derelict buildings that blight the cityscape.
We asked Bristol World readers to name and shame the buildings in the city they think need to be pulled down or spruced up.
They range from empty pubs to old car showrooms. Do you agree? Have we missed any? Let us know what you think.
2. Norwich Union building, Castle Park
'It's really scruffy and blights a nice part of town’ was what one reader said about the old Norwich Union offices on Castle Park, which have been empty for decades.
3. The Bell, Redcliffe
‘Hideous’ was the view of one reader about the The Bell pub and adjacent building in Prewett Street, which have been empty and derelict for many years.
4. Factory on Bath Road, Brislington
The 1930s clothing and tailoring factory closed in 1980 and it has been empty for many years. Several readers bemoaned the fact it’s one of the city’s biggest eyesores.
