Za Za Bazaar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Canons Road, City Centre, Bristol was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 23.
And Mothers Kitchen, a takeaway at St Nicholas Market Unit 73, St Nicholas Street, City Centre, Bristol was also given a score of two on May 23.
